Shipping policy

Shipping destinations and cost

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska. Standard shipping costs $4.99 per order, regardless of the number of tires in that order. We do not ship to Vietnam.

Processing and delivery

Estimated order processing time is 1–3 days. Estimated shipping time is 5–10 days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from shipping time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carriers and tracking

The carrier can vary by destination and shipment. When tracking information is added to your order, you can view the carrier and tracking link in your customer account. Open Track order, sign in with the email used at checkout, and select your order. If an order ships in separate packages, check the tracking for each shipment.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order is lost, damaged, faulty or contains the wrong product, contact support@cavrenlo.com with your order number and the details. We review the available information and arrange a refund or replacement for a verified lost shipment. See our return and refund policy for other order issues.
